Trying to pay electricity: 3 women behind the desks, two yapping about cooking, number 3 frustrated because no small change. Number 3, the only one allowed to do electricity bills apparently, goes to bank for change. Wait wait wait....comes back 10 minutes later, other 2 still discussing food. Another cusfomer tries to overtake me. I ask to pay my bill....I have no bill (???). I go pay internet at Vivacom.....shitloads of dumb customers asking the obvious....keeping 2 employees occupied.
